Who do you work with?
Businesses of every size: a shop opening its first website, a practice or a school with a few staff, and companies with several branches. Start with a plan; for anything bigger than the plans, talk to us.
What does a plan include?
Your domain, website hosting with SSL, the website we build for you, and our maintenance and support: updates, backups, renewing on time, small changes, and a person who answers.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Pay the plan every month, or pay for the year and save 15% with the domain included. Domains can only be bought a year at a time, so on monthly billing the domain's part is paid once a year, up front.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. The first step asks about your domain: choose "I already have one" and type it. Its part comes off the plan price. You point it to our two nameservers where you bought it, and your portal tells you when it is connected.
How does a .lk domain get registered?
.lk names are registered by our team with LK Domain Registry after payment. We check the name is free first; if someone got there before you, you get your money back. .com names are registered straight away.
How do I pay, and are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees: you see every cost before you send a request, and nothing is charged until we accept it and send the invoice. Pay by card, eZ Cash, mCash or Genie through PayHere (your card details go to PayHere only, never to us), or by bank transfer.
Do you set up business email?
We host websites, and set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace on your domain for email: we add the DNS records so it just works.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the website is yours once the build is paid. If you ever leave, we send you the files and help you move.
